• Work begins only after receipt of a signed contract and deposit.

• Final work is delivered only after full payment has been received.

2. Payments & Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. In most cases, because all work is custom and completed by stages, no refunds will be issued once work has been started.

• All completed work must be paid in full before release.

3. Intellectual Property & Non-Solicitation

• All concepts, ideas, strategies, designs, project plans, and client connections shared with or by ANG PRODUCTIONS, LLC are considered confidential intellectual property.

• You may not use, replicate, share, or distribute our ideas, project outlines, branding, or client contacts without our express written consent.

• Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Client must provide accurate information, assets, and approvals necessary to complete the project.

• Delays in providing content, feedback, or approvals may affect project timelines.

5. Ongoing Support

• Ongoing support, updates, or maintenance after the project launch are not included unless outlined in a separate support agreement or retainer.

• Retainer agreements specify the scope of work, support hours, and billing terms.

6. Limitations of Liability

• We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers, payment processors, or services outside of our control.

• While we make every effort to ensure accuracy and functionality, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Florida.
