What services do you offer?
As a creative production company, we focus on achieving our client's goals via digital and production means. Where is ANGÂ Productions based in?

How long until I receive first drafts of my digital products and services?
Each project is different, and requires different amounts of time. Drafts may be sent to you between 3 days - 2 weeks (project dependent) for digital design services. Nonetheless, make sure to discuss projected deadlines with one of our team members to ensure timely delivery. We're always in communication with our client so you'll never feel lost throughout the process.
Do your design services include printing services as well?
No, we do not print artwork for our clients; although, we would be more than happy to help you process any print orders with third parties, for an additional fee.
When is payment due for my project?
Before our team can get started on your project, we will send you a contract and invoice. A 50% Deposit is due BEFORE we can begin working on your project, along with the signed contract. After final revisions are completed, final payment is due. Once the Balance Payment is paid, our team will deliver all final files. It's that simple!
What payment methods do you accept?
Paypal, Zelle, Direct Bank Transfers, and Checks. In order to process your orders quickly, we recommend signing up for PayPal, or using a mobile service, such as the Cash App or Venmo.
Please Note: Client is responsible for any bank transfer and PayPal credit card fees. PayPal direct transfers do not charge a processing fee. Please read the fine print before making direct transfers.
What currency is payment due in?
$USD Please. If you are an international client, we ask that your bank converts your local currency to dollar amounts in $USD.
How will I receive my final project files?
A finished project is yours upon receipt of final and full payment. All final files will be delivered in PDF & printable file formats, unless the project is digital or web-based. At your request, we will supply the electronic file to you via e-mail, a cloud based website or server (i.e. DropBox, Box.com, etc), and even via direct FTP Transfers.
Who owns the final artwork?
For digital media & print projects, final artwork is the property of the Client; although, working files are not, unless requested and agreed upon in the contract. In addition, we do, however, reserve the right to use any work for promotional purposes on digital or print mediums, only after the projects have been finalized, and announcement dates have been revealed.
I need your services ASAP. Can you do this?
We can usually accommodate your rush job depending on how full our production schedule is; however, a rush fee may be added. Contact us for a better estimate.
What is your privacy policy?
We respect all client information, including, but not limited to, product announcements or campaign announcements. In addition, we don't share or sell your information to a third party without your explicit permission.
